About
Why We Do It
One thing’s for sure: movement dictates the way we live -- from a cellular organism level to an elite athlete. Movement is a vital sign; it needs to be monitored and, when correctly assessed, and if needed, corrected to prevent injury, to perform better in sport, and in life.
Who We Are
Todd Lewarchick, Certified Functional Movement Specialist, will assess your foundational movement, functional movement patterns, and functional capacity to identify potential dysfunction or deficiency. If identified, a specific plan of action will be created to correct, prevent injury, and improve performance.
